A law firm is seeking a Trial Attorney for their Miami, FL location.

The Trial Attorney will handle day-to-day tasks related to real estate and commercial litigation, including drafting legal documents, preparing and arguing motions in court, representing clients in trials and depositions, and providing legal advice.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, research, and communication skills, along with a solid understanding of real estate and commercial litigation law.

Handle day-to-day tasks related to real estate and commercial litigation.
Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant issues.
Stay updated on developments in real estate and commercial litigation law.
3+ years of litigation experience.
~ Strong knowledge of real estate and commercial litigation law.
~ Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
~ degree from an accredited law school.
