between client firm carriers Maintains technical expertise in group insurance industry working knowledge various funding methods state federal legislation insurance products self-insurance programs Section plans Maintains current working knowledge business organization assigned clients Proactively seeks provide options best meet clients objectives periodically performs complete client analysis Organizes directs client management services regular meetings purposes benefit plan review renewal assists guiding directing Account Manager Financial Analyst assigned case resolving questions reviewing work Attends mid-year quarterly meetings with client review plan designs rate history claims experience discuss concerns introduce new plan ideas Reviews initial renewal request carrier obtains client agreement necessary bid case directs bidding process prepares reviews approves final report presents renewal report to client using sales techniques Negotiates behalf of client best price contract carrier reviews commission structure determine negotiations firm should conducted Plans employee communication strategy with client working Account Manager preparation communication materials reviews approves appropriate employee material deliver material to delivers conducts webinars needed Provides overall coordination program changes ensures due diligence performed insured
