- Coordinate multiple projects designed to strengthen existing registry procedures and expand
- Provide input into the design of projects as part of the Registry team.
- Support the creation, review, and update of program related processes and standard operating
- Facilitate communications in live meetings, presentations, and email/written materials
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with client and global partners to attain
- Liaise with other members of client department and its collaborators to ensure alignment of initiatives
- Coordinate and facilitate in-person and online meetings and workshops, including logistics and
- Support Registry educational and training-related activities.
- Assist with grant and protocol writing, literature searching and synthesis, and IRB (Institutional
- Research, document, and disseminate relevant information, including preparing and delivering
- Support the development of project and grant budgets related to the registration program
- Support administrative and technical Registry Program-associated tasks

Description
One of our large Memphis based clients is seeking a direct hire Program Coordinator to support their Registry Program team.
focus on the design, coordination, and implementation of registry projects spanning from epidemiologic analyses to quality improvement data collection standards.
Responsibilities include:
Experience in clinical/population-based registries or healthcare research with project management methodologies preferred
Fluency in a second language (Spanish) is highly preferred.
Supervisory and/or team coordinator experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
A master's degree is required (related to Quality,
Healthcare, and /or Medical Science)
Five (5) years of experience and expertise in complex project management
