    To strengthen our Supply Chain Management team, we are looking for experienced candidates for the position of Buying Specialist for our Global Supply Chain Team.

    Duties and Responsibilities (in the order of priority):

    • Process Purchase Requisitions and create Purchase Orders
    • Proactively monitor confirmations of Purchase Orders from the suppliers
    • Proactively manage on time deliveries
    • Resolve issues related to Purchase Orders and Invoices
    • Closely collaborate with your internal customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
    • Report your achievements on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
    • Support our further development by identification and implementation of improvements
    • Support and promote a culture where a high quality of work is the norm

    Skills and Competencies:

    • BA in Supply Chain, Business or similar
    • 1-2 years of experience in corporate environment, ideally in operational areas
    • Knowledge of Procurement/ Supply Chain Management processes and function
    • Fluency in both English and French language (ability is critical when interfacing with suppliers and internal stakeholders)
    • Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills
    • Customer focus with proactive attitude
    • Negotiation skills will be an asset
    • Proficient use of SAP, Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, and PowerPoint is desirable
