- One year patient care experience in a health care setting; hospice or home health experience preferred
- Ability to be flexible and effectively manage priorities, multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work with and communicate effectively with terminally ill patients and their families
- Certified Nursing Assistants registration from North Dakota and Minnesota State Department of Health
- Valid drivers license and auto insurance

Position Summary
As a member of the Interdisciplinary team (IDG), provide personal care services to hospice patients as directed by the patient's plan of care.
