Genesis10 is currently seeking a Pega- Lead System Architect with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC and Plano, TX.
Responsibilities:
Work on debugging, developing, and maintaining applications built on the Pega 8.x platformWrite code in Python to develop and support utilitiesTest and debug the applicationsDeploy applications on the serversCoordinate with the project manager to ensure that the business architecture meets the customer's needsMonitor the performance of the applications and make necessary changesBring company databases, legacy software, and online services togetherTroubleshoot application problems, code errors, and bottlenecksPerform system performance testsKeep the privacy of all system programs intactProvide L3 support, specifically debugging and maintaining production applications built on the Pega platformInvolved in all aspects of the software development life cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, debugging and supporting production
Requirements:
5 to 7 years' of hands on AML policy and standards experienceExperienced Pega Developer with a deep understating of PEGA 8.
Desired Skills:
ACAMS certificationAdvanced understanding of Pega 8.x, preferably hold PEGA System Architect CertificationAdvanced SPLUNK SPL skills to develop actionable insights into production logsKnowledge of Python, packages and modules to develop reusable utilitiesKnowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologiesUnderstanding of web technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and XMLOutstanding project management abilitiesCapability to handle difficult software problems
