- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best care for residents
- Responsible for resident assessments, including admission, change of condition, and quarterly
- Promote the growth of staff through coaching and formal education in areas such as teamwork, decision-making, clinical skills, quality and safety
- Is visible and available to all shifts and employees through rounding, staff meetings and other methodologies of employee connection and engagement
- Conduct investigations of incidents and follow up on incident reports and conducts root cause analysis if indicated
- Monitors trends from incidents and incorporates into quality improvement activities
- Unencumbered RN license in the State of Oregon
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
- 5 years as a RN (Registered Nurse) and preferred any type of management experience
- Minimum of one year experience in an assisted living or community care setting preferred
- Minimum of one year management experience required
- Current CPR and First Aid certification within three months of hire
