    ABOUT THIS ROLESt. Michaels is hiring a Program Manager to oversee a Department of Homeland Security contract.

    As the Program Manager, you will provide oversight and guidance to a contractor team performing capability requirements development using DHSs Joint Requirements Integration and Management System (JRIMS).

    This client-facing role will benefit from your previous experience developing capability requirements documents and performing integrated master scheduling for major projects.

    Michaels to the DHS client and be responsible for cost, schedule, and performance of the JRIMS contract.

    LOCATIONWashington, DCWHO YOU ARE 10 years of experience related to JRIMS requirements document generation and using integrated master schedules (IMS)5 years of management experience4 years of experience as a primary IMS schedulerExperience with the DHS acquisition process as guided by DHS Instruction Acquisition ManagementMasters degree in a relevant field such as Master of Project Management or Master of Business Administration.

    Ability to successfully pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) fingerprint check.

    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Serving as the central point of contact for the DHS JRIMS Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity contractSolely responsible for successfully managing cost, schedule, and performance for all awarded task orders in accordance with the Statement of WorkCoordinating with the government point of contact and contractor team to resolve contract issuesCoordinating with St.

    Michaels Contracts Manager to ensure all necessary contractual and task order documents are in place to authorize performanceWorking with recruiters to staff task order positions with qualified personnel within the required timeframeManaging gross margin and profit for the DHS JRIMS IDIQManaging contract performance to maximize Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) ratingsWHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?What makes us different?
