    If so, we have a unique and exciting opportunity for you. Prudential's Retail and Advice Solutions (RAS) division is seeking Financial Advisors to join their Personal Advisory Group.

    As a Financial Advisor in the Personal Advisory Group, this is your chance to join a team of professionals who deliver financial advice and guidance to Prudential customers and prospects exclusively by phone and/or video chat. Helping to meet the financial challenges of an expanding addressable market of consumers, the Personal Advisory Group will conduct thorough discovery sessions and deliver recommendations in line with customers' needs. Product offerings may include investment, insurance and annuity solutions upon your being insurance licensed and appointed and registered with FINRA through our Broker/Dealer, as applicable.

    How you will contribute to our team :

  • Deliver advice and provide solutions to customers by phone or video chat.
  • Educate and provide advice and guidance, including the delivery of investment, advisory, insurance and annuity product offerings.
  • Deliver excellent advisory support and customer service for clients around financial needs.
  • Effectively deliver Prudential's differentiating value proposition and empower clients to navigate their financial wellness in partnership with Prudential.
  • Participate in pilot initiatives, as needed, in various customer experience efforts inclusively with Retail Digital, Prudential Advisors and other Prudential teams or affiliates.
  • Nurture customer relationships and close on leads through a strong lead management system.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Operations, or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Demonstrated success as a strong communicator (verbal, written)/collaborator and driver of business outcomes
  • Customer-obsessed mindset with a strong ability to build relationships and trust in a virtual environment
  • Financial knowledge + product expertise (insurance, annuities, investments)
  • Understanding of the financial planning process
  • Sales professional who is goal driven
  • Series 7 and 63 Life/Health required, 65 or 66 required or obtained within 90 days after hire;
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) preferred
  • Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $86,300.00 to $128, Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
