- Rehab Tech 3 Bachelor's degree in a mental health-related field and a minimum of 12 months experience as a Rehab Tech 1 or 2 within the organization; OR, an associate's degree with at least 3 years of full-time direct care experience within the organization; OR, a high school diploma with a minimum of 48 months experience as Rehab Tech 1 or 2 within the organization; OR, a bachelor's degree in a mental health-related field with 18 months of full-time experience from outside the organization; OR, an associate's degree in a mental health-related field with at least 30 months of full-time experience from outside the organization.
- Rehab Tech 2 Bachelor's degree in a mental health-related field; OR, an associate's degree in a related field with 2 years of full-time related experience; OR, a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 18 months of full-time experience as Rehab Tech 1 within the organization; OR, a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 3 years of related full-time experience from outside the organization.
- Rehab Tech 1 High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong clinical skills with a good understanding of the mental health system, psychiatric rehabilitation, and recovery principles.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, organizational skills, knowledge of practical self-care skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals dealing with mental illness and/or developmental disabilities, and implement medication monitoring plans for their program participation.
- Act 33/34/31 and FBI Clearances.
- Valid driver's license with access to a vehicle during scheduled work hours.
- Additional program-specific minimum qualifications may apply.
