The role will include:

• Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate detailed design phases of engineering projects
• Obtain, negotiate, and deliver projects successfully in the public-sector transportation market
• Develop presentations to prospective clients, stakeholders
• Deliver large successful FDOT transportation design projects
• Facilitate collaborative teams, including informal mentorship of junior-level staff
• positive, can do attitude with the appetite to progress

The ideal candidate will have:

• P.E Licence
• 10+ years technical experience in transportation design
• Strong experience working and delivering on large complex transportation projects
• Solid FDOT background
• Proven record of transportation design experience
• Ambitious mindset with the appetite to progress
