This is a fully remote quality assurance role that requires 3 years of healthcare insurance experience.

Description

Responsibilities:

Conduct quality testing for all benefit plans for client.
Collaborate with the AIS team during the plan-building process.
Utilize various systems to ensure plans are built correctly and meet client specifications.
Identify and address issues such as incorrect deductibles, out-of-pocket settings, and mail pricing discrepancies.
Work closely with AIS counterparts to resolve any plan inaccuracies.
High attention to detail.
Strong internal communication skills (no phone work required).
Ability to manage and complete 25 plans per week.
Scorecard evaluation post-training.

Minimum

Requirements

Two or four-year degree required.
Preference for degrees in Math, Biology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or History, especially those with a strong research background.
1 year of Excel experience (no VLOOKUPs or Pivot Tables).

Preferred

Experience:

3+ years of healthcare insurance experience.
Knowledge of medical terminology, deductibles, copays, and provider language.
Experience in a production-based environment is a plus (standard is roughly 25 plans worked per week).
Must have 1 year of Excel experience and pass the test

This is a Contract position based out of Orlando, FL.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $ $24.00/hr.
