Spotless glasses, fresh ingredients, and bottles at the ready don't happen by accident. A bar back efficiently stocks, cleans, and organizes the bar while communicating and working seamlessly with the bartenders.Requested Tasks-Eyes are always on the critical 6: ice, juice, syrups/mixers, spirits, glassware, bar top cleanliness-Anticipate items to stock during shift - prior to running out-Understand bar equipment and how to troubleshoot problems during shift (Low CO2 in tap lines, dishwasher cycling, changing beer keys, etc.) -Maintain bar cleanliness from all angles - the bar top where guests are seated, the bar back where spirits, glassware, supplies are located, waste bins, and floors-Thorough knowledge of menu and beverage offerings and supporting knowledge of brand vision and standards of quality
