    ACCESS PT is a Physical Therapist owned and operated company. You will excel in your career as a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant at ACCESS PT, focusing on personalized patient care at our Danbury, CT outpatient facility.

    This cutting-edge facility in Danbury, CT is situated in the same building as Somers Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine Group.

    Full-time position with shifts on Mon and Wed evenings until 7, offering flexibility for the rest of the week, with occasional Saturday hours.

    Salary will be based on experience.

    Physical Therapist Assistant Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

    • Adhere to a 2 patient per hour treatment model
    • Establish meaningful connections with patients
    • Create personalized care plans based on current evidence-based practices
    • Ensure timely communication with referral sources and patients
    • Set and reach professional goals and career advancement

    Physical Therapist Assistant Position Requirements:

    • Hold a current or pending license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Connecticut
    • Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
    • Demonstrate excellent communication skills
    • Authorized to work in the US

    Experience in the following areas, while not mandatory, would be beneficial:

    • Manual Therapy
    • Sports Medicine
    • Injury Prevention
    • Sports Injury Rehabilitation
    • Orthopedic Rehabilitation
    • Outpatient care
