    The Facilities Manager is a part-time (15 hrs weekly) member of the Administrative team, and is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and efficiency of physical building spaces. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities including cleaning, supply inventory, and creating trauma-informed spaces. This position reports to the Deputy Director.

    Responsibilities
    • Monitor and organize office supplies inventory and order/purchase supplies as needed, and in accordance with the budget. Collaborate with Maintenance Technician as needed.
    • Coordinate the intake and storage of gifts in kind donations
    • Conduct yearly inventory of Gifts in Kind
    • Clean the Boise office twice weekly and the Nampa office once weekly, to include restocking facility and bathroom supplies, removing trash and recycle materials, and completing general cleaning (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting, dishes, etc.)
    • Address facility seasonal requirements–both internal and external–including ice melt, energy usage, power washing, etc.
    • Other duties, as assigned
