    Jump start your career through accelerated learning Apply your lean manufacturing knowledge full-time in an innovative and best-in-class company Fluke is looking for a Commercial Continuous Improvement Leader to join our team in Everett, WA supporting our sales and marketing teams and applying lean principles in a continuous improvement environment.     About You:

    • Passionate about continuous improvement, teaching and coaching.
    • Driven to find ways to make businesses and processes better and more efficient
    • Diligent problem solver with a deep commitment to continuous improvement
    • A bias for action and passion for getting things done and done right

    What You Will Do:

    • Drive and build continuous improvement capability within Fluke.
    • Train, coach and mentor team members through kaizen events, structured problem solving, process improvements, and training.
    • Promote and build continuous improvement culture within Fluke, through regular communication, coaching, training, and business support.
    • Assist Fluke Leadership in developing their continuous improvement roadmap.
    • Support in development and lead management of effective Kaizen funnels
    • Participate in Policy Deployment, Operations and Daily Management reviews to provide feedback and engagement to improve the quality and results.
    • May require occasional travel, extended hours, and on-call duty.

    Characteristics:

    • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of seeing the big picture.
    • Able to breakdown problems and complex situations into actions that will drive progress.
    • High energy, capable of handling conflict and influencing others
    • Strong training and facilitation skills. Must be comfortable training large groups and facilitation in unscripted situations.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Ability to effectively project manage, set priorities and resolve prioritization conflicts.
    • An independent worker, capable of operating in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and can effectively deal with difficult situations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as supply chain, engineering, business, etc.)
    • 4-6 years of continuous improvement and/or leadership in a lean environment.
    • Proven positive results with Lean / Kaizen / continuous improvement.
    • Demonstrated problem solving skills and out of the box thinking.
    • Consistent track record of leading cross functional teams
    • Understanding of commercial (sales, marketing) best practices

    Preferred Skills:

    An MBA with a Background in supporting Sales/Commercial groups in the back office

    Everett, WA: The salary range for this position is $111,550- $207,115

    This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

    Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
