- Documents workflows, process flows, swim lane diagrams, decision trees to ensure detailed documentation and material for reference and training
- Develop process improvements to process flows and documentation.
- Considers the impact to current and future business environments and processes, assessing upstream & downstream effect of system and reporting changes
- Work collaboratively with team members, project members and business staff and executives
- Ensure processes are tracked for completion
- Documents and tracks problems to resolution and then documents resolution, sharing the resolution with all team members.
- Performs in-depth analysis to define problems and develops and/or contributes to solutions
- Provides training on processes for new staff and existing team members
- Provides routine status updates
- Tracks KPIs.
- Provide presentations as defined by the project or other team members.
- Provides user documentation to assist users in problem resolution
- Provide a presentation on the documentation, process flows, decision trees, training material and ensure there is an index for ease of location.
