    *Job Summary :

    Seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to oversee and manage all electrical systems and equipment.

    The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of our electrical infrastructure, which is essential for the continuous production of high-quality salmon.

    Electrical Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading a team of electrical engineers and technicians, designing and implementing electrical projects, and maintaining electrical systems to meet the farm's production goals, safety standards, and environmental sustainability targets.

    Core areas of responsibility are:

    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of engineers and technicians.
    • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, automation, and control systems.
    • Proficiency in project management, including planning, budgeting, and execution of electrical projects.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues.
    • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the aquaculture industry, as well as electrical safety guidelines.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
    • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
    • Train and guide Electrical Team
    • Work with Electrical Team Supervisor and Maintenance Planner to schedule Work Orders
    • Strong troubleshooting and repair of controls and electrical systems in a water and wastewater industrial equipment environment
    • Calibrate control equipment to factory specifications including flow meters, pressure transmitters, temperature transducers, level sensors, pH sensors and O2 (Oxygen) Sensors
    • Tests and performs preventative and predictive maintenance on controls systems, VFD's and AC Motor
    • Guides team using technical manuals and prints to isolate and electrical and control systems
    • Update effective electrical preventative maintenance program
    • Install and oversee new conduit, boxes, panels, transformers, industrial control panels, and pull and terminate new wires and cables to current NEC electrical codes to support new equipment and current equipment upgrades
    *Skills, competences, and knowledge to perform the work

    • 8 to 10 Years Industrial Electrical Maintenance - Will consider less years of experience for high qualified individual
    • Minimum of 5 years of management experience in electrical engineering.
    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
    • Experienced work with Voltage electrical systems
    • Working knowledge of PLC/HMI setup and control. Must be able to use existing HMI and PLC interface to operate and troubleshoot equipment controls
    • Ability to use various electrical – Multi-Meter and Megohmmeter (Insulation resistance tester)
    • Experienced with the installation and set-up of VFD's
    • Experienced with the installation, set-up, and operation of various analog (4-20ma, 0-10v) sensors and indication circuits
    • Complies with various job safety practices, policies and procedures as specified in plant and corporate directives for the safe performance of the work assignment
    • Adheres to Electrical safety standards and associated Lockout / Tag outs controls (LOTO)
    • Trustworthy team player with a positive attitude who can work collaboratively with all departments and levels within the company.
    • Ensure compliance with applicable OSHA and Company HSE Standards, along with site security program.
    • Proactively work to achieve compliance with safety systems
    *Work Environment*This job operates in a combined office and farm/production and construction environment.

    *Schedule
    • Monday through Friday core business hours
    • Overtime as needed
    • Weekends and after Hours (either assigned or on-call)

    Job Type:
    Full-time


    Pay:
    $80, $110,000.00 per year
