    Are you ready to lead a dynamic team in one of the fastest-growing franchise markets? We are looking for the next generation of General Managers to oversee our Papa Johns operations across North Carolina.

    With 25 stores already in place and more growth on the horizon, this is your chance to make a significant impact in a thriving market.

    As a key player in our franchises growth journey, you will contribute to operational excellence and a people-focused approach, driving success and fostering a positive work environment.

    What sets you apart:

    • Ensuring Quality Products and Customer Satisfaction:
      - Build a system of quality with team members to meet Papa Johns standards.
      - Respond promptly and professionally to customer concerns and feedback.
      - Train and promote quality standards using available tools.
    • Team Management and Development:
      - Recruit customer-focused team members and maintain adequate staffing levels.
      - Orient, train, and coach team members to exceed customer expectations.
      - Conduct performance reviews, document issues, and take necessary action.
    • Sales and Profit Management:
      - Manage sales goals through friendly customer service and product training.
      - Execute local restaurant marketing to boost sales and community presence.
      - Control food, labor, and other costs within budget to meet profit goals.
    • Inventory and Asset Management:
      - Plan and manage inventory levels efficiently.
      - Ensure the restaurant is clean, well-equipped, and meets safety standards.
      - Oversee equipment maintenance, safety measures, and repairs.
