    Monitor and manage the performance of the e-commerce platformCreate, update and upload product feeds with content, photos, pricing, shipping, etc.

    Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the content in listingsReviews and evaluates sales trends and identify opportunities to move certain products based on customer demandAssists with maintaining and continuously updating online merchandising by reviewing and maintaining inventory control of products and suppliesEnsures department goalsobjectives are met while maintaining approved budgetsManage and monitor performance of all e-commerce employeesAid in responding to customer web inquiries regarding online merchandise or service ordersEnsures prompt and proper resolution of escalated customer concerns andor issuesCreate and maintain customer loyalty by offering excellent serviceTrack and report e-commerce sales and sales trendsRequirements: A High School Diploma or equivalent.

    One or more (1+) years experience in online sales, production, inventory control, logistics or retail mail orderOne or more (1+) years of supervisory experienceDemonstrate sound judgment and a high degree of personalprofessional integrityPossess excellent written and oral communication skills as well as presentation skillsAbility to interact effectively with employees and all levels of managementDetailed oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentOrganized and a strong aptitude to follow tasks through to completionPossess excellent active listening and time management skillsMaintain dependable transportation and communication devicesProficiency with software, including MS Office SuiteWorking Environment ConditionsRequirements: Ability to meet all physical requirements to perform the duties of the position including the ability to stand andor walk for extended periods of time, bend, reach and grasp, tolerate environmental issues such as dust, heat and cold, as well as meet all physical requirements to perform the dutiesAbility to work flexible hours, including weekendsPreferences:Prior military or non-profit experienceBachelors Degree preferredDoes this sound like a place for you?
