- Work with clients, legal professionals, IRS, and state revenue agencies for effective communication and resolution.
- Oversee preparation and review of federal and state tax filings for both individuals and corporations.
- Lead and manage a team of accountants, ensuring smooth workflow and quality output.
- Bachelor's degree mandatory; CPA certification required; JD preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an accountant, ideally in an accounting or legal environment.
- QuickBooks is essential
