That's where you come inAs a Site Manager at Clean Team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of your assigned site.

We are currently looking for a Site Manager in Bluffton, Ohio.

Deliver product and ensure each building is adequately stockedWork together with your team and upper management to provide effective communicationManage your time and prioritize a weekly agendaJob Qualifications:

Skilled at making quality decisions, follow through with strategic planning to meet deadlines on tasks and projectsAbility to give and receive feedback and effectively apply solutions to resolve issues or manage conflictCapability to create a game plan for each evening and week by using effective time management and schedulingFirst shift position based largely on customer needs, and flexible to support other shifts.

Basic Qualifications-Minimum of 1-year proven management experience-Experience coaching, mentoring and training othersRequired Qualifications-Must have a valid driver's license-Must have valid car insurance-Must have reliable transportationApply
