    Job Title: National Sales Administrator

    Classification: Exempt

    Department: Sales

    Reports to: Director of National Sales

    SUMMARY: Sales Administration reports directly to the Head of Sales/Business Development and is responsible for directing key business areas for EBINs Sales organization, including sales development, sales policies, sales connectivity, trade relations, budgets as well as supporting cross-functional sales support within Marketing, Finance and Operations.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Formulate and plan the departments annual budget within the context of the companys overall budget.
    • Monitor the business, sales, expenses and activity plans in line with the approved budget.
    • Responsible for the interpretation, communication and training of policies and procedures, and their impact on Sales.
    • Establish customer contacts, customer initiatives, and customer programs for the Sales Area.
    • Develop action plans to address customer opportunity areas and implement necessary sales initiatives (i.e., coupon deductions, unsalable/distress, reclamation and diverting)
    • Provide strategy leadership in the development of all EBIN sales policies.
    • Act as a problem-solving specialist; an expert on all EBIN sales policies for Field Sales.
    • Serve as key point of contact for communication with field sales, brokers, merchandisers on sales initiatives and plans.
    • Establish and continuously improve relationships with brokers to increase customer satisfaction.
    • Manage broker communication activities including new item presentations, promotional calendars, etc.
    • Management and facilitation of timely report deliverables; Incentive Bonus Report, PO/AR Report Tracker & Report, etc.
    • Facilitate and negotiate the contractual arrangements with brokers, retailers and key stakeholders.
    • Collaborate and build effective relationships across the company.
    • Organize field sales team's execution of promotions and develop processes to ensure that field sales and brokers are equipped with merchandise and promotional materials and ready for promotions and new product launches.
    • Liaison for Field Sales to support Supply Chain initiatives and Trade Spend.
    • Regularly conduct Area sales operations updates, reviews, and develop action plans for improvement in sales productivity and control measures.
    • Responsible for the creation and availability of all selling and marketing support material.
    • Work with team to develop sales/product communication materials (e.g. Account Sales Catalogue, Sell Sheets, etc.)
    • Manage the dissemination of all selling and marketing correspondence, samples, materials, etc.
    • Manage selling support activities, at retail, in stores, activations training clinics, workshops and promotions and the development and publishing of schedules.
    • Evaluate the entire scope of the sales administration department and functionality and recommend improvements and changes to improve the sales support processes, operations and execution.
    • Responsible for managing and coordinating staff personnel and administrative activities and serves as liaison with Human Resources.
    • Will manage and coordinate departmental travel to include itineraries, air travel, automobile rental, etc.
    • Manage recruitment of open positions within the sales team and any others as assigned.
    • Manage Performance Evaluations of sales team staff and any others as assigned.
    • Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree with emphasis in Business or Marketing. 5+ years progressive sales, marketing, or category experience. Some Beauty or Cosmetics experience preferred. Strong administrative management skills, very detail oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particular Excel. OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: ?
