This position will be responsible for stripping, waxing, buffing and maintaining the flooring for the entire building.

Position SummaryThe Floor Tech performs daily cleaning of facility floors, ensuring a clean, attractive facility in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.

Education, Experience, and Licensure RequirementsHigh school graduate or equivalent preferredPrior health care experience preferredSpecific Job RequirementsMake independent decisions when circumstances warrant such actionKnowledgeable of practices and procedures as well as the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing functions in the post acute care facilityImplement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the departmentPerform proficiently in all competency areas including but not limited to:
