Position Title: Regional Sales Manager

Position Summary: Responsible for distribution and OEM sales by geographic area. Represent external sales force and customers to factory. Coordination of sales activity and training of field sales representatives.

Essential Functions:

1. Direct and assist the external sales force to secure orders.

2. Coordinate inside sales and internal departments to the wants and needs of customers.

3. Travel to meet with distributors and OEMs to further or initiate business relationships with that customer.

4. Assist and support Executive Staff at their discretion.

5. Attend trade shows.

6. Assist in formulation of forecast/budget.

7. Maintain accurate records and submit trip reports.

8. Oversee team (cell) members.

Other Accountabilities: Perform similar work-related duties as required.

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree plus three years related experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72, $105,000.00 per year
