    Supplemental InformationSalary Range:

    Some of what you will do:

    Functions as member of the Management Team, working with the Clinical Manager to insure efficient workflow and coverage in CIHS clinic locations.

    May assist in the development of policies, procedures and enhancements to support the effective delivery of client services. Working knowledge of all CIHS Operations with the ability to supervise, review, and direct the work of support staff.

    Highly accessible and transparent with the ability to assist as needed with prioritizion of tasks and completion in a timely manner.

    Facilitates the use of resources to support the organizational client service delivery goals. Responsible for hiring, firing, coaching, training, mentoring and performance evaluations/management of administrative support staff. Evaluates competence and initiates performance improvement plans to develop administrative staff, provides meaningful and constructive feedback. Ability to actively participate in budgeting process. Monitor and manage controllable expenses to meet organizational goals.
    Effectively work in a diverse, collaborative team environment while promoting quality client experience. Skilled in conflict resolution, persuasive and motivational communications. Effectively convey complex and technical information and training.
    Establish and maintain good rapport, communication, and effective working relationships with all clinic staff to ensure effective clinic operations. Assure that staff schedule templates developed by Clinical Managers are implemented.
    Support a culture of excellent service and communication that positively influences staff engagement.
    Assures a safe and supportive environment for clinic staff.

    Ability to perform duties within multiple sites, locations, and assigned service area(s).Ability to effectively collaborate with internal staff and external partners to insure effective operation of clinic locations.

    Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
    QualificationsWho should apply?Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in behavioral health, social services, healthcare, public administration, business, or related field.
    Two years' experience in leadership/management, preferably within social services or healthcare related field.
    Proficient in computer use/applications commonly used in this field/trade/position, including Microsoft Office software.
    Possess and maintain a valid driver's license. Pass and maintain a clear background record as required for healthcare organization under state and federal contracts.
    Preferred QualificationsMaster's Degree in behavioral health, social services, health care management, or related field.
    Experience working in Behavioral Health environment.
