Established mid-sized General Contractor, specializing in adaptive-reuse multifamily projects, looking to make a strategic hire for a Director of Field Operations to lead, manage, and oversee all field operations throughout MA & CT.

My client is an established, mid-sized General Contractor & Construction Manager specializing in Multifamily-Residential projects (adaptive reuse, residential rehabilitation, historic renovations, and new construction)

Project Locations:
MA (Boston-Worcester) & CT (Hartford area)
The Director of Field Operations would be responsible for:
Field Operations Oversight - must be comfortable with travel throughout MA & CT
Field Team Development
Safety Administration
Warranty Management
Schedule Administration
Reporting Administration
At least 5+ years of previous experience as a Director of Field Operations or General Superintendent
Must be flexible and willing to adapt to the changing field conditions, personnel and ownership requests
