    Overview:

    Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Senior Logistics Manager to support our Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) program at Robins AFB, GA.

    The Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) is an intelligence enterprise system, comprised of 27 active duty, Air National Guard (ANG), and mission partner sites, interconnected by a robust communications infrastructure spanning the globe.

    The networkcentric, global enterprise provides 24/7/365 world-wide, Near-Real
    • Time (NRT) simultaneous Multi-Intelligence (Multi-Int) capabilities and products to Combatant Commanders (CCMDs).
    This position will support the transition of the Explosive Ordinance Disposal Information Management System (EODIMS) program to the Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS)Moving EODIMS to a PEO capable of handling a DIMA system will assist in closing a national security gap enabling the Director of National Intelligence (DNI)/IC community to coordinate and develop efforts tomeet operational requirements of EO/INT data sharing across DoD, Homeland Defense, DoS, and DOJ enterprises.

    The Logistics Manager shall be able to develop, or perform logistics management operations that involve planning, coordinating, or evaluating the logistical actions required to support a specified mission, weapons system, or other designated program.

    The tasks involved include identifying the specific requirements for money, manpower, materiel, facilities, and services needed to support the program; and correlating those requirements with program plans to assure that the needed support is provided at the right time and place.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:
    Knowledge of the acquisition lifecycle and product support planning during each phasePossess the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative project teamExtensive experience with defense acquisition management processes in accordance with the DoD 5000 series instructionsKnowledge of the DoDs integrated product support element structureFamiliarity with the Product Support Business Case Analysis (PS-BCA) and Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP) processesFamiliarity with accomplishing a Logistics Health Assessment (LHA)

    Knowledge of the DoD Product Support Manager GuidebookAbility to lead a project team in completing complex projectsKnowledge of agency program planning, funding, and management information systemsBroad knowledge of the organization and functions of activities involved in providing logistical supportAbility to coordinate and evaluate the efforts of functional specialists to identify specific requirements and to develop and adjust plans and schedules for the actions needed to meet each requirement on timeThe paramount qualification requirement is the ability to integrate the separate functions in planning or implementing a logistics management programProvide expert logistics input on RFPs, SOW, PWS and CDRLsProvide logistics analytical support for key logistics metrics (supply, reliability,maintainability, reliability, etc.) and provide them to key logistics reviewsEducation, Requirements and Qualifications:
    Minimum of a Top Secret Security clearance is required.

    One of the following Education/Experience criteria must be met:

    Advanced Degree (MA/MS) and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 years of which must be in the DoDBA/BS degree, and 15 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 of which must be in the DoD20 years of directly related experience with proper certifications, 8 of which must be in the DoD.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Willingness to travel if required.
