    Job Title: Anesthesiologist

    Location: Georgetown, Delaware Area

    Job Type: Full-time

    A dynamic private practice located in the Georgetown, Delaware area, dedicated to providing exceptional anesthesia services. Our practice encompasses a wide range of cases, including vascular, OB, pediatrics, trauma, general surgery, and orthopedic cases. We take pride in fostering a collaborative and team-oriented environment.

    Position Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated Anesthesiologist to join our esteemed group. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our practice, contributing expertise to various cases while maintaining a commitment to quality patient care.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Competitive salary of $450,000 per year.
    • Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance (employee and family coverage), dental insurance, and vision insurance.
    • Health Savings Account with annual allowances based on IRS limits.
    • Retirement benefits, including a Profit Sharing Plan with an annual contribution of up to $36,500.
    • 401(k)/Safe Harbor with an annual deferral of up to $18,500.

    • Continuing Education allowance of up to $3,000 annually for dues, subscriptions, license fees, seminars, and travel.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform anesthesia for vascular, OB, pediatrics, trauma, general surgery, and orthopedic cases.
    • No involvement in hearts or neuro cases.
    • Participate in a rotating schedule of 2 first calls per month during the week and one weekend.
    • On-call duties can be performed remotely if residing within 30 minutes of the hospital.
    • Provide 90% supervision of Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs).

    Requirements:

    • New graduates or experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
    • Must have applied for the Delaware medical license.
