This is a hybrid role with generous flexibility and autonomy with your schedule.
In this newly created role, you will be a valuable member of the sales team helping ddms continue to drive business growth by supporting smooth functioning of the sales department and of the customer experience.
This role will involve heavy communications and collaboration with customers and internal departments and will include a variety of sales and marketing related duties.
This is a team-focused role which will support our small sales team with a variety of project and process efforts such as market research, and tactical activities such as CRM data management.

Responsibilities Overview:
Providing customer support and communication; to include proposal process management, customer satisfaction, and customer success stories
Quarterly Business Review scheduling and content creation in partnership with Project Managers and Business Development Manager
CRM data management; to include accuracy of data, timely sales reports, and timely sales follow up
Various marketing-related duties; to include event planning, social media campaigns and effectiveness, and liaising with external marketing partners
Market research and sales support research to assist with new business and existing business expansion efforts; coordination of due dates and SLAs
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in B2B customer support, account management, or customer success; preferably in IT consulting or implementation services
Experience with B2B sales planning and sales processes
Strong communications skills and service orientation
Proactive, inquisitive, and problem-solving mentality
Preferred:
Experience in the environmental services industry or knowledge of environmental issue compliance
