    Job Title: Sales Representative

    Reports to:

    SVP/CFO

    Location: The Midwest region with a focus on the states surrounding Illinois, such as Indiana and Iowa.

    Work Type: Full-time in office

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to contribute to our growth. We're looking for a self-starter who can expand our customer base, quickly adapt to new situations, and make an immediate impact.

    We seek an aggressive and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling commercial trucks to businesses, focusing on effective sales strategies and meeting customer needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify and contact potential customers, assessing their needs and budget.
    • Conduct Sales Presentations: Showcase the features and benefits of our commercial trucks to potential customers, highlighting how they meet business requirements.
    • Negotiate and Close Sales: Utilize strong negotiation skills to close sales efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Maintain Customer Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, providing excellent after-sales support and service.
    • Meet Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company, focusing on aggressive growth and market expansion.
    • Represent the Company at Industry Events: Promote our products and services at trade shows, industry events, and other relevant functions.
    • Report and Analyze Sales Data: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

    Requirements:

    • Proven Sales Experience: Several years of successful sales experience, preferably in the commercial truck industry.
    • Aggressive Sales Approach: Strong drive and motivation to achieve sales goals.
