Job Description
Job DescriptionWork as a Clinical Assistant in either our Residential or Detox & Withdrawal Management programs. Clinical Assistants provide client care, assist counseling and nursing staff, check vitals, assist with intakes and discharges, & promote client safety. Clinical Assistants can also enforce rules of the program, general cleaning duties, count meds and administer medications (if TMA), and search rooms as needed. CAs should be engaged with clients, either checking in with them or performing safety checks if working nights.
To ensure success, Clinical Assistants should exhibit a proactive approach toward patient centered care. Outstanding candidates have prior experience working with people in a treatment or residential setting and are able to follow detailed instructions.
