Talento Search Group has an opening for a Mechanical Design Engineer in the Springfield, Missouri.
This is a direct-hire position and the starting salary is about $65,000-75,000 per year, depending on experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Review design briefs, specifications, and other data to produce equipment and component designs
Create Bills of Materials
Use CAD software to produce designs
Create fabrication specifications
Meet with project members to review designs
Ensure products adhere to standards
Modify designs
Experience Needed:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field is preferred
At least 1 year of experience in mechanical design
Proficiency in CAD software, drafting, Microsoft Office, and ERP platforms
Ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate projects
