    Job Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet quality standards and comply with FDA regulations. This is a vital role in maintaining our commitment to delivering high-quality products to our customers.

    Duties:

    • Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
    • Utilize various measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to ensure product dimensions meet specifications
    • Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or abnormalities
    • Analyze test data and inspection results to identify trends or areas for improvement
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
    • Daily use and care of measuring equipment consisting of calipers, micrometers, tap measure, height gage and NPT threaded gages.
    • Daily inspection on inbound and outbound material
    • Perform thorough examinations of all materials and finished products
    • Implement and improve quality control operating procedures
    • Participate in routine visual inspections
    • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
    • Ability to enter data into report

    Qualifications:

    • At least 6 months experience
    • Experience with fittings flanges pipe preferred
    • Forklift experience
    • Must be able to do simple math
    • Ability to interpret technical product specs
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Computer proficiency
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (SharePoint a plus)

    First Shift: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

    Work Environment: Extreme heat and cold temperatures may be encountered during the course of the work day.

    Safety boots required.
