    CMBG3 Law Overview:

    CMBG3 Law is a minority women-owned law firm certified as WOSB/WBENC. We are comprised of a diverse team of trial attorneys, litigators, lobbyists, consultants, paralegals, and staff. Our firm takes a proactive approach to solving legal problems through business counsel, regulatory compliance, risk prevention, government affairs advocacy, litigation, and national litigation management.

    Partner Expectations:

    Partners must be trustworthy and deliver on all responsibilities consistently. They should uphold CMBG3's Values and drive the Vision & Mission forward. Partners should have a proven track record of successful client representation on complex matters.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Provide clients with proactive world-class service and legal counsel.
    • Generate revenue ethically by providing appropriate services while seeking opportunities to add value to clients' legal needs.
    • Maintain constant communication with clients through in-person, video conferencing, or written methods.
    • Foster positive relationships with clients through exceptional communication and relationship building.
    • Develop external relationships through networking opportunities with lawyers, experts, opposing counsel, clients, and potential clients.
    • Enhance the firm's reputation by setting an example regarding ethics, morals, legal standards, and professionalism.
    • Daily focus on developing work for other attorneys and paralegals.
    • Provide coaching, support, and feedback on work product collaboratively with Associates and Sr. Counsel and paralegals.
    • Meet annual billable requirements and adhere to the Attorney Timekeeping Policy.
    • Support firm marketing efforts as a brand ambassador.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 7+ years of relevant legal experience in CMBG3's core practice areas.
    • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and admission to a state bar in good standing.
    • Exhibit requisite skills, experience, and expertise in CMBG3's practice areas.
    • Exceptional Professionalism and Leadership skills required.
    • 5 years of successful client management experience.
    • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
    • Excellent organization and interpersonal skills required.
    • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
    • Problem-solving and decision-making are essential.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
    • Able to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
    • Able to manage and delegate meaningful work to attorneys and paralegals.
    • Legal & Ethics Compliance is mandatory.
    • Filevine or Document Management experience preferred.
    • Demonstrate personal awareness and desire for continued personal and professional development.
    • Adhere to all firm policies and procedures.
