    Turn 10 Studios – Forza Motorsport is looking for a world-class creative leader and manager to guide the future of User Interface (UI) content creation for our games.

    The UI Content Director is an integral member of the UI team which owns the design, implementation, and technical infrastructure of our UI, and is a trusted advisor to studio leadership.


    As the UI Content Director, you embrace a growth mindset, thrive on collaboration, and have a proven eye for visually compelling consumer products.

    You are responsible for working with art directors, user experience designers, and audio directors to align teams against creative pillars.

    You know how to build team cohesion, resolve conflict, and create a culture where the best people can do their best work.

    Responsibilities

    Lead the UI team with energy and clarity to continue building a performing creative organization.

    Exercise Microsoft's Model/Coach/Care management approach to build a team.

    Partner with art directors to refine and document the look and feel of our games.

    Provide feedback to artists and user experience designers to ensure visual excellence across our games from concept through implementation.

    Understand our UI pipeline and provide feedback to improve development processes.

    Work closely with technical and production peers to create a long-term UI development strategy.

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve the user experience.

    Qualifications

    Required/Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Digital Communications, UX Design, Human Computer Interaction, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field AND 6+ years experience working in product or service design, copywriting, technical writing, writing (e.g. for marketing, advertising, e-commerce), brand design, or brand marketing

    Master's Degree in Arts, Digital Communications, UX Design, Human Computer Interaction, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field AND 4+ years experience working in product or service design, copywriting, technical writing, writing (e.g. for marketing, advertising, e-commerce), brand design, or brand marketing

    OR equivalent experience.

    3+ years people management experience.

    3+ years of experience cross collaborating with teams across functions (engineering, artists, designers, producers)

    Additional or Preferred Qualifications

    Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Visual Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 12+ years experience working in product or service design

    OR Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Visual Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 8+ years experience working in product or service design

    OR equivalent experience.

    5+ years people management experience.

    Portfolio showcasing your design and art skills, including your process and the results of your work.


    Ability to help teams define visual experiences and develop direction based on research, strategy, and player insights, and effectively communicate that vision.

    Content Design M- The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $133,600 - $256,800 per year.

    There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $173,200 - $282,200 per year.
