    Description Park House in Dallas - Highland Park Village is looking for an experienced bar back with a great, friendly attitude. Applicants need to be gracious, friendly and be able to multi-task in a high volume environment and focus on exceeding guest expectations. Must be able to frequently lift heavy objects and be comfortable being on their feet for long periods of time. Basic bartending knowledge is a plus. Must have a flexible schedule.     Responsibilities:

    ? Opening and closing the bar

    ? Stock bar throughout the night

    ? Manage kegs, clean glasses, stock the bars with ice

    ? Maintaining inventory

    ? Making drinks in a quick and efficient manner when needed

    ? Producing juices, syrups, mixes

    ? Receiving & storing products

    ? Nightly, Weekly, & Monthly inventory

    ? Maintaining a clean & orderly work space

    ? Prepping & stacking garnishes through out services

    ? Fully & properly cleaning the bar at the beginning & end of each service

    Requirements:

    ? Previous restaurant experience will be considered a plus

    ? Customer-oriented approach and patience

    ? Problem solving and decision making skills

    ? Excellent people skills

    ? Responsible and trustworthy

    ? Attention to cleanliness and safety

    ? High school diploma will be considered a plus
