    A Program Manager to oversee functional machines and tooling for components utilizing standards, specifications and line up information presented by the Engineering Manager, Supervisor or Leader.

    Required:

    Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes, quality standards, and supply chain dynamics.

    Exceptional project management skills, including project planning, risk assessment, resource allocation, and timeline management.

    Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across different functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly.

    Proficiency in project management tools and software.

    Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and adapt to changing circumstances.

    Leadership skills to motivate and guide cross-functional teams toward achieving project goals.

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Willingness and ability to travel both internationally and domestically to customer sites.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects related to automotive manufacturing processes, product launches, and operational improvements.

    Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

    Collaborate with engineering, production, quality control, supply chain, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with organizational goals.

    Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks or roadblocks, and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.

    Foster effective communication channels among team members, stakeholders, and senior management to provide regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.

    Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop contingency plans to address potential project disruptions, ensuring minimal impact on production timelines and quality standards.

    Drive continuous process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for optimization within manufacturing processes, cost efficiency, and quality enhancements.

    Uphold compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality protocols throughout the project lifecycle.

    Act as a point of contact for customer interactions, ensuring that customer requirements are met, and fostering strong relationships to facilitate repeat business and customer satisfaction.

    Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.

    Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting project progress, achievements, challenges, and recommended actions.

    Salary Range: $100k/yr. -$130k/yr.
