We are hiring an experienced sales-minded professional to lead sales, leasing and marketing efforts across several manufactured home communities in the Raeford NC area.Our client is a well-respected MH community owner and operator with communities across 8 states in the Eastern USA.
The ideal candidate will have high school diploma or GED required College Degree preferred.3+ years of professional sales experience real estate retail hospitality automotive wireless etc.Experience using marketing software platforms to drive customer traffic would be a big plus.Success utilizing a CRM system is highly preferred.Excellent negotiation organizational communication and time management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Positive attitude self-motivated resourceful professional capable of achieving quota and exceeding goals.Have a knack for self-generating sales and leases through outreach and marketing initiatives
Responsibilities
Successfully market sell and lease homes within assigned communities in the region.Proactively self-generate manage leads to build maintain healthy prospect pipeline ensure community maintaining pipeline conversion metrics.Maximize prospecting networking call campaigns open houses community events that drive sales leasing results.Role model company selling philosophy when showing homes prospects fit needs highlighting features benefits homes community.Consistently act brand ambassador community maintaining image company while selling leasing homes.Move prospects effectively pipeline resulting sale lease homes.Organize closings including completion submission closing documents.Provide timely consistent follow-through current prospects customers initial contact after closing all communication logged CRM system.Generate manage agreements calculation sales tax monthly payment plans running credit checks.Create exceptional experience current prospective customers ensuring practices completed compliance company policies state regulations fair housing standards.Maintain masterful knowledge product communities competition overall market product site local community sales leases promotions advertising demographics.Execute successful follow up recent resident move ins ensure satisfaction self-generate referral leads produce sales leasing results.Actively engage prospect work current renters convert homeowners.Job description
