- Aid in developing and maintaining training and process documents for International Customer Service
- Analyze and resolve customer or quality issues discovered via incident reporting system .
- Support documentation and compliance of export customer shipments
- Analyzing and process ocean freight and export logistic invoices
- Communicate, analyze, and support supply chain performance metrics
- Cross functional project work with marketing, sales, product management, supply chain, and directly with customers
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors program in Supply Chain or Business related field
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Basic ability to operate computers (Microsoft Windows), computerized systems and use Microsoft Word, and Excel, is required.
- Must be comfortable working in a team enviorment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic utility knowledge of various mechanics tools
- Bilingual-Spanish
