Job Summary
This position reports directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition and serves as an extension of the Talent Acquisition and Workforce Development department.The Recruiting Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting daily recruiting operations and helping maintain a steady pipeline of candidates.
We are looking for someone with a go-getter mentality who is naturally proactive, organized, and motivated to help strengthen recruitment efforts.
