Job summary
The Shift Lead will assist in the direct care and management of children, adolescent and young adult residents (age 13 to 22 years) as prescribed by the physician and treatment team; to provide supervision, safety and crisis management for the resident population;to complete documentation of resident behavior and participation in programming; to adhere to the scheduled activities; role model positive, mature behavior; utilize positive behavioral strategies to minimize resident crisis and maximize success.
