- Complete all drain cleaning, jetting and cable work related to in-home service calls.
- Successfully hand off main drain blockage calls to the Sewer Sales Representative.
- Understand how to establish customer rapport to provide the right products and services.
- Educate and assist customers on the importance of sewer repair and replacement.
- Help customers select the right maintenance plan and understand warranty information.
- Understand our service criteria and hold yourself accountable for achieving revenue goals.
- Be professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
- Work alongside customer service and dispatch teams to ensure overall success of the business.
- Protect drain cleaning and camera equipment and keep a well inventoried truck.
- Participate actively in all training exercises and morning meetings.
- Be accurate and timely with invoices and timecards.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex drain issues and implement effective solutions.
- Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with tools, equipment, and measurement devices.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, taking initiative and demonstrating a strong work ethic.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively.
- Physical ability to perform the job duties.
