This position will service patients in and around Kennett, MO but all training will be completed onsite in the care center in Poplar Bluff, MO

Coordinates and oversees all aspects of patients' home care.
Collaborates with patient care teams to develop and implement care plans.
Educates families on patient condition, needs and care.
Gives injections, IV therapy or tube feedings.
Regularly communicates patient progress to the clinical manager, physician and care team.
One year of nursing experience .
