Join our vibrant insurance office in McCall, ID, as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) or Licensed Insurance Agent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact, answering client calls and emails with exceptional phone etiquette and active listening.
• Process payments, handle policy inquiries, and direct clients to the right department for seamless service.
• Assist agents with paperwork and schedule appointments to keep our office running smoothly.
• For unlicensed CSRs: Study for and obtain an Idaho P&C license within 6 months (training and exam fees covered).
• For licensed agents: Sell and manage policies, advise on coverage options, and ensure compliance with Idaho regulations.

Qualifications

• For CSR (Unlicensed):
• High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years customer service experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to analyze client needs and provide solutions.
• Willingness to pursue Idaho P&C license (40-hour course, ~$100 exam, fully supported).
• Familiarity with insurance processes a plus but not required.
• For Licensed Agent:
• Active Idaho Property & Casualty license (required).
• 1-3 years insurance sales/service experience preferred.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and manage insurance policies.
