As a Customs and Border Protection Officer (CBPO), you will be responsible for enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws while facilitating the flow of legitimate trade and travel.



    About This Role

    • To perform this role effectively, candidates should have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to analyze complex situations quickly,
      ​and make sound judgments based on available information.
      •​
      Experience performing physical inspections of people,
      documents or goods for criminal activity,
      fraud,
      unauthorized operations., OR conducting inspections
      of conveyances,
      making determinations in compliance with
      laws & regulations that may lead to arrests,
      ​before seizure of property fines penalties based on findings are necessary qualifications .
    • The successful candidate must also have strong interpersonal skills as they will need to interact regularly with various stakeholders including international travelers,port personnel,fellow officers etc...,to ensure seamless cargo,baggage handling processes The CBP officer evaluates documents,traveller biometrics etc Should possess effective verbal/written English language communication skill;should have general knowledge about law enforcement duties .
