    The Enterprise Architecture team is comprised of Enterprise and Solution architects playing a critical role in providing enterprise-level project solutions and strategies. We collaborate with the business and IT subject matter experts across application, data, security, and infrastructure teams turning vision into modern industry standard solutions and roadmaps.

    As a Senior Enterprise AI Architect, you will spearhead our Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning initiatives, designing comprehensive solutions, and leading their execution. Your role involves close collaboration with diverse teams, ensuring that our AI and machine learning technologies seamlessly enhance our products and services, driving innovation and value. This includes engaging with leadership to identify business and technology-enabled innovation opportunities that enable and drive business outcomes. This is a subset of the overall responsibilities which involves other multiple initiatives as assigned by IT leadership. This role is hybrid (Tue & Wed on-site) for candidates in Kansas City metropolitan area and open to qualified remote candidates outside of Kansas City area but only within the US.

    How you'll spend your time:

    • Design and lead the implementation of AI and machine learning solutions aligned with business objectives.
    • Develop architectural blueprints ensuring the integrity and scalability of AI and machine learning systems.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders for the seamless integration of AI and machine learning technologies.
    • Evaluate and incorporate new tools and technologies pertinent to AI and machine learning.
    • Provide leadership and mentorship within the AI and machine learning domains.
    We're excited to talk with you if:
    • You have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
    • You have at least 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years of in-depth experience in AI and machine learning algorithms and principles.
    • You have expertise in architectural design for AI and machine learning systems.
    • You have deep understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning algorithms, including the ability to implement and modify algorithms such as decision trees, neural networks, anomaly detection, clustering, regression, and classification models.
    • You have expertise in constructing and training deep neural networks, understanding architectures like CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs, and GANs, including experience with computer vision and image processing tasks.
    • You have in-depth experience in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
    • You understand ethical considerations in AI, bias detection and mitigation, and compliance with data privacy laws and standards like GDPR.
    • You have proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java and R.
    • You are proficient in data analytics, model development, and deployment.
    • You bring a mix of creative and analytical skills to broadly design enterprise solutions.
    Bonus Points If:
    • You have banking or financial industry experience.

    Compensation Range:
    Minimum: $99, Maximum: $257,250.00
