- Draft and review service contract coverage, warranty protections, cost estimates, work orders, and other documents for necessary repairs by service technicians
- Communicate necessary repairs to customers scheduling service appointments by explaining automotive technology in a clear, digestible manner
- Resolve customer complaints and make follow-up calls to facilitate a positive service center experience
- Appropriately file all automotive documents such as maintenance records, invoices, repair orders, and more
- Work with the dealership auto service porter to ensure vehicles are ready for customer pick-up
- CDK experience
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and other basic computer programs is necessary
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills
- Work history should include a service advisor role or other employment-related to automotive technology
- A valid, state-issued driver's license and clean driving record is required
