    Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards - Operate grill and other kitchen equipment effectively and safely - Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations - Assist with menu planning and recipe development - Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies Requirements: - Previous experience as a grill cook or in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques - Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed - Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects Skills: - Food safety - Meal preparation - Restaurant experience
