Hourly Pay: $23 per hour

Job Description: Spindle Staffing is currently seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a temporary position. The selected candidate will provide 1:1 support to individuals in need of behavioral intervention services. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact while gaining valuable experience in the field of applied behavior analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Provide direct 1:1 support to individuals receiving behavioral services.
• Collect data on client progress and behavior.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other members of the treatment team.

Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to ethical and professional conduct.
