- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Provide direct 1:1 support to individuals receiving behavioral services.
- Collect data on client progress and behavior.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other members of the treatment team.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
